There’s also been a refresh of the lobby, spa, gym and club room as well as restyling of the excellent restaurants Cap Maison is renowned for.

Chef Craig Jones, oversees the two restaurants at Cap Maison and prides himself on the dedication to local produce – from the daiquiris at the Cap Bar to the elaborate desserts, only local seasonal ingredients are used. The Cliff at Cap is one of the islands top dining destinations with a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influences. The Naked Fisherman provides a toes in the sand experience, enjoy your dinner whilst listening to the lapping of the waves or watching the stunning sunsets.
