LUCA
Chef Frederico Destro, from Venice, presents an impressive contemporary Italian menu in a sleek interior and canopied patio with breathtaking views of the infinity pool to Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Everything is made fresh daily in LUCA’s kitchens, from breads and pastas, to desserts.
Grand Old House
Built on the rocks near the edge of the sea, this former plantation house stands on 129 ironwood posts that support it, along with a bevy of romantic gazebos. International cuisine is presented with Caribbean flare, accompanied by nightly live music such as steel drums, piano jazz and violinists.
Tiki Beach
The brand new ocean side restaurant and bar, Tiki Beach, features classic tropical island grill cuisine and signature drinks from all over the Caribbean. This impressive structure has a calming and ethereal feel, with long white drapes suspended from the thatch ceilings, along with bamboo tables and chairs circling the bar and beyond toward the beach.
Michaels Genuine Food & Drink
Camana Bay, the setting for some of Cayman's finest shopping & dining, plays host to Michaels Genuine Food & Drink. Open since June 2010, following the success of his Miami restaurant, Michael uses local seasonal ingredients from Caymanian farmers, ranchers and fishermen, serving small, medium, large and extra large dishes. Special events include a Farm-to-Table Dinner Series with Slow Food South Sound, Lionfish Safari, and more.
