The culinary team here deliver spectacular South African-inspired fare, with menus influenced by the seasons, and an extensive collection of 7,500 wines. There is also a 24-hour guest pantry, stocked daily with freshly-baked cakes and pastries. Facilities include a heated swimming pool, fitness centre and dedicated art gallery and sculpture garden, of which personalised tours can be arranged, or guests can choose to take a self-guided iPad tour.
