On The Walk.
338 rooms and suites, spread over 25 floors, are decorated in a fresh, contemporary style with white linen and accents of turquoise. All feature a balcony with sea views, flat screen satellite TV, complimentary WiFi, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Upgrade to a Club Sea View Room or Sea View Junior Suite for a higher floor and access to the Coral Lounge, where complimentary afternoon tea and a daily happy hour 6-8pm are offered. Junior Suites are also larger, so can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 16 yrs. If you would prefer a separate room for the kids, almost half of the accommodation here can interconnect, or choose a Sea View Family Room with separate living room, which can be turned into a 2nd bedroom for 2 children under 16 yrs. Family Rooms also have an extra TV in the lounge and an upgraded bathroom with separate bath and rain shower.
5 restaurants and bars include Le Rivage, a French style brasserie offering European cuisine from 5 live cooking stations, with the best bit being that if you only want one of the scrumptious cakes and a coffee, you can just pay for one course. Café Via is a friendly lunch venue for light bites including sandwiches and pizza, and Girders Sports Bar has a British pub feel and shows all the latest sport, so you won’t miss a thing.
Treat yourself to a massage, facial or manicure at the spa and beauty salon, or top up your tan at the 3rd floor infinity pool. Jumeirah Beach can be directly accessed using a lift from the pool level, and it is then only a short hop to the sand. There’s also a gym, Health Club with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and the excellent CoolZone Kids’ Club for 4-12 yrs, which entertains with face painting, kids’ cooking, games and more. Teens are also catered for with complimentary access to the ChillZone club for 8-16 yrs at Oasis Beach Tower next door.
The Walk is a great location with 1.7 kilometres of restaurants and boutiques, and now also includes the new Beach Mall, so you’ll be absolutely spoilt for choice for dining and shopping. The temperature controlled infinity pool is ideally placed for morning shade and afternoon sunshine and The Deck poolside café means you don’t have to move far when you need refreshment. A complimentary shuttle provides access to all of Dubai’s main shopping malls.
