Boasting a gorgeous beach and a prime location, tamarind is an all-inclusive resort with an emphasis on high quality food and a dynamic family activity programme. Featuring Mediterranean and Caribbean spirited accommodations, a fabulous spa, and three pool areas there’s something for everyone. Following a total renovation, Tamarind will reopen in the autumn of 2025. The charm and footprint of the hotel will remain the same. The 101 rooms, Junior Suites and Suites cater beautifully to both couples and families. One Bedroom Ocean Front Suites afford stunning views from the private balcony. For families, ask us about guaranteed interconnecting suites or we highly recommend upgrading to a spacious One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite, located right on the beachfront. The 246 Bar & Restaurant serves lunch and dinner from a fabulous beachfront location and is host to weekly theme night dining with live entertainment. There is also the Sugar Cane Room for breakfast, and Rilaks Deck, an outdoor living area serving drinks and light snacks during the day.

Accommodation

There are 101 contemporary rooms, Junior Suites and Suites, all with air conditioning, stylish furnishings, a flat screen TV, iPod docking station, unstocked mini fridge and a balcony or terrace with views of the pool/gardens or ocean. The open plan Pool/Garden and Ocean View Junior Suites have a sitting area with sofa bed (ideal for families with younger children) whilst the Pool/Garden and Ocean Front One Bedroom Suites have a separate living room, also with sofa bed. Families are guaranteed interconnecting Junior Suites. We highly recommend upgrading to a spacious One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite, located right on the beachfront and affording stunning views from the private balcony. 

Restaurants And Bars

The 246 Bar & Restaurant serves lunch and dinner from a fabulous beachfront location, and is host to weekly theme night dining with live entertainment. There is also the Sugar Cane Room for breakfast, and Rilaks Deck, an outdoor living area serving drinks and light snacks during the day.

Facilities

There are three swimming pools (including one for adults only) with daybeds and spacious decks, a fitness centre, and the Aqua School which offers a wide range of complimentary motorised and non-motorised watersports including waterskiing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and banana boat rides. The resort’s excellent Pool and Beach Ambassadors will keep you refreshed throughout the day and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. The Flying Fish Kids’ Club caters for children aged 3-12 yrs whilst Tamarind Teens Den is an interactive entertainment centre for the whole family. The boutique Tamarind Spa offers a full menu of spa services using organic and ethically-sourced ingredients. ‘
