Accommodation

There are 206 One and Two Bedroom Residential Concierge Suites, all beautifully appointed with mahogany furniture and marble floors, and equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, king size bed, separate living area, two flat screen TVs, CD/DVD player, internet access, mini bar and Jacuzzi. All suites overlook the pools or gardens and feature a private terrace or balcony. Reserve Beach suites boast unbelievable ocean views and are especially popular with honeymooners. Family Concierge Suites have a separate living area with sofa bed and include delightful extra touches, such as children’s bathroom amenities and mini bathrobes. The spectacular Swim-Up Suites have a large private terrace, a garden area with day bed and direct access to the swimming pool.

The 3 à la carte restaurants will tempt you with Japanese, Mediterranean and international delicacies. Guests staying at The Reserve may also dine at any of the restaurants at the Paradisus Palma Real. There are 2 bars at Gran Cana, plus the 12 bars available at the Palma Real.

Facilities

The fabulous YHI Spa will relax and rejuvenate your body and mind and offers a full menu of massages and treatments as well as a sauna, whirlpool and Jacuzzis. The outstanding Kids’ Zone (for ages 1-12 yrs) offers some of the best family facilities you’ll find anywhere and even serves a mini buffet lunch. As a guest of The Reserve, you’ll also have unlimited access to all of the facilities at the Paradisus Palma Real (with the exception of the Royal Service areas).

Important Information

Spa treatments are at an additional cost. A shuttle service operates between the main hotel facilities and the beach which is a couple of minutes’ drive or a 10 minute walk away.
