The four restaurants offer a range of superb dining experiences, from the award-winning Italian influenced seafood restaurant Delmare which overlooks the white sand beach of Eclipse at Half Moon to the Jamaican-inspired dishes at Hayward’s restaurant. For an evening of elegant fine dining you must try the excellent Sugar Mill Restaurant where you’ll enjoy exquisite meals and the most wonderful setting in the grounds of a 200-year-old sugar plantation.
