This has to be one of the most atmospheric hotels in the mediterranean, a 14th-century estate that has been sympathetically restored and transformed into an elegant rural retreat. Within the tranquil grounds you’ll find original architectural features, along with shady courtyards and pretty gardens.

Zoëtry Mallorca, part of World of Hyatt has 101 recently renovated rooms and suites are decorated in an elegant, classical style. The Tramuntana rooms housed in the historic part of the hotel, while the Ponent rooms and suites are more modern, and have a private balcony or terrace. Mediterranean is a new dining concept by Michelin star chef Andreu Genestra. Es Mercat is the main restaurant, with a wide culinary offering and Ses Bovedes Gastro Bar is the spot for tapas, local wines and beers all in a relaxed environment. There are two outdoor pools, plus a heated indoor pool at the Pure Spa, which also has a Turkish bath and sauna. Other facilities include a gym, two tennis courts and a cross-country running track, and there are three 18-hole golf courses nearby.

Set amongst beautiful countryside near the village of Llucmajor, 15 minutes’ drive from the airport and 20 minutes from central Palma.

Accommodation

101 recently renovated rooms and suites are decorated in an elegant, classical style. The Tramuntana rooms are housed in the historic part of the hotel, with its grand entrance gate, patio and garden, while the Ponent rooms and suites are more modern, and have a private balcony or terrace. All accommodation includes air-conditioning, smart TV, complimentary WiFi, Bvlgari bath amenities, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and in-room safe.

Restaurants And Bars

Fresh local produce is key to the culinary offering at Zoëtry Mallorca, with many of the ingredients on the menu grown in the hotel’s own organic garden. The main restaurant, Es Mercat, is open for breakfast and dinner, with both indoor and outdoor seating, while Giró Ros offers gourmet Mediterranean dishes in the evening and the casual Ses Bovedes Gastro Bar serves tapas, cocktails and craft beer. Check out the Chef’s Table for a very special private dining experience, where the chef will delight you with an exquisite tasting menu and a sommelier is on hand to ensure the perfect wine pairings. The Cotó Cocktail Bar hosts live evening entertainment out on the terrace, where there is also a weekly barbecue, the Sa Clastra bar is open throughout the day for drinks and light bites, and there is a bar by the pool serving frozen cocktails, snacks and sandwiches.
