The accommodation ranges from spacious rooms and suites to sprawling casas and private residences complete with infinity pools and butler service. All 122 rooms, suites and casas have views along the coastline or out to sea, and some are right on the beachfront. Culinary standards are high across all three stylish restaurants. Mezcal serves modern Mexican cuisine, tequila, mezcal and regional wines, while Marea is an al fresco venue where you can enjoy Baja- and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Talay brings a taste of Thailand, and Paletas is the place for Mexican sweets, pastries, gelato, coffee plus souvenirs. The 40,000-square-foot Spa Montage is a destination in itself, with 12 treatment rooms, Movement studio with yoga and guided meditation classes, hot tub, plunge pool and steam room. Accommodation

All 122 rooms, suites and casas have views along the coastline or out to sea, and some are right on the beachfront. You can enjoy these views from your large private balcony or terrace complete with plush daybed, and in-room amenities include a marble bathroom with deep soaking tub, indoor and outdoor shower, LED TV, complimentary WiFi, Bose Bluetooth speaker and mini bar. The Suites offer one or two bedrooms and a separate living room, while the sumptuous Presidential Suite has a patio with private pool and outdoor spa bath. The casas offer a choice of three or five bedrooms plus private infinity pool, outdoor sunken fireplace, butler service and a host of special extras. There are also 52 one, two and three bedroom Montage Residences that sit apart from the main resort, each featuring a large terrace with private plunge pool, kitchen, laundry room and preferential access to the Twin Dolphin Club facilities.

Restaurants And Bars

Culinary standards are high across all three stylish restaurants. Mezcal serves modern Mexican cuisine, along with local tipples including tequila, mezcal and regional wines, while Marea is an oceanfront al fresco venue where you can enjoy Baja- and Mediterranean-inspired dishes and live evening entertainment. Talay brings a taste of Thailand with a food truck-style street food concept, and Paletas is a marketplace where you can pick up Mexican sweets, pastries, gelato, coffee plus souvenirs including local crafts, artworks and apparel.

Facilities

There are three outdoor pools, two of which are for adults only. For an extra indulgent experience you can hire a cabana by the pool or on the beach, which includes a bottle of Champagne, butler service, fruit on ice, sun lotion, tapas and more. The 40,000-square-foot Spa Montage is a destination in its own right, with 12 treatment rooms, including two couple’s rooms, plus a large adults indoor pool, Movement studio with yoga and guided meditation classes, hot tub, cold plunge pool, steam room, beauty salon and barber shop. There is also a fitness centre, tennis courts, PADI dive centre and watersports including snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking. The Paintbox children’s programme for 5-12 yrs includes guided nature hikes, cookery classes and family wellness activities. The Twin Dolphin Club, with a 19-hole course designed by Fred Couples, is just across the road.
