The sublime Nobu Los Cabos restaurant is inevitably the star attraction, set close to the seafront and serving Nobu’s signature Japanese fusion cuisine. Other options include the fresh organic farm-to-table fare of Malibu Farm, the atmospheric Ardea Steakhouse and Mexican fine dining at the Pacific Restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional taco and mezcal pairings. There is also a casual snack bar by the pool, coffees and pastries at the Nobu Café, and six bars including a swim-up pool bar, with a tempting menu of carefully crafted cocktails.

There are four pools including an inviting beachfront infinity pool, with plush poolside cabanas that can be reserved for an additional cost. Treatments at the spa are inspired by Asian wellness traditions, and the facilities include a sauna, steam room, salon, outdoor hydrotherapy garden and 13 treatment rooms. The fitness centre includes an indoor/outdoor area for yoga and spinning, there are classes in everything from Tabata to Pilates, and there is a running track that meanders around the resort.
