Centli specialises in cuisine from the southern states of Mexico, and Lumbre looks to the smoky flavours of northern Mexico. There are also four bars, including a swim-up pool bar, plus a well-stocked wine cellar and the sweet delights of the Chocolatería, which are open 24/7 for guests to have the freedom to enjoy as they please.
The 40-metre infinity pool looking out across the Caribbean Sea is truly spectacular. Water also dominates at the Muluk Spa, with double massage cabins featuring a Jacuzzi and hydrotherapy pool, plus salt rooms, mud rooms, sauna, steam room and beauty clinic. Other facilities at the hotel include a library and a boutique where you can shop for stylish Mexican artworks and textiles.
