All suites and villas have a private balcony or terrace with ocean views, a luxurious bathroom with separate bath and shower, a mirror TV mounted in a sliding door, complimentary WiFi, an honour bar with complimentary soft drinks, a Nespresso machine and three touchscreen tablets to control every aspect of the room and access resort services. The One and Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites can interconnect to create larger suites for families, and the ground floor suites have direct beach access.

Restaurants And Bars

The main restaurant, Juliet, has the feel of an exclusive member’s club, with two private dining rooms and both indoor and outdoor seating. Romeo is an all-day dining option with an open kitchen and an international menu making use of salads and herbs from the hotel’s own hydroponic farm, whilst the beach house-style Lagoon Café offers Mediterranean cuisine including tapas and stone-baked pizzas. The swim-up Pool Bar specialises in classic cocktails and healthy light bites, and the Turtles Bar & Lounge, located close to the beach, serves coffee, smoothies and cocktails. There are two more restaurants on the Canouan Estate, along with the golf course club house.
