Bonsai showcases Asian cuisine, with teppanyaki stations, sublime sushi and sake, and Sky Seven is an adults-only fine dining affair. Sapori specialises in Italian regional cuisine, and Yeronisos features a breakfast buffet with indoor and terrace seating. For a sweet treat, the Gelato ice cream bar awaits, while the Thalassa Pool Bar serves chilled juices, smoothies, cocktails and light bites.
