Foodies will be delighted to discover Botrini's, the signature fine-dining restaurant at the heart of the hotel, personally curated by Michelin-star chef Ettore Botrini.  At the signature restaurant, Ruen Romsai, guests can enjoy all-day easy dining with local & international dishes, whilst Koh is an Asian Fusion sushi restaurant with exotic tastes serving lunch and dinner by the pool.
