There are 20 rooms and suites plus one private villa, all of which enjoy sweeping views of the Caldera.
Each day begins with a Champagne breakfast at Santoro restaurant, which features both indoor and outdoor seating with fantastic views, and serves exquisite Mediterranean cuisine with French flair, using traditional local products. The 363 Champagne Lounge is the place to be at sunset, and there’s regular evening entertainment.

Grace’s Hotel’s infinity pool is the largest on the Caldera, and there’s also a well-equipped fitness area and a yoga and Pilates studio. In-room spa treatments are available in certain room categories, and the ‘Bespoke by Grace’ programme offers a number of experiences.
